What gets reviewed

Priority goes to errors that change meaning: wrong population, wrong endpoint, incorrect study design, unsupported number, misplaced citation, or language that overstates causality. Accessibility problems and rendering defects are also useful.

The desk checks submitted claims against the fixed research corpus used for this build. New literature may be logged for a later corpus review, but it is not added ad hoc to a single page. That constraint keeps the compound pages and reference ledger synchronized.

Personal stories are not treated as clinical evidence. Commercial pitches are not incorporated. The standard is narrow: traceable source, accurate sentence, visible limit.

For citation problems, include the displayed reference number and enough publication detail to identify the record. For a wording problem, quote the affected sentence and explain which part exceeds the cited finding. For a technical problem, include the page path, browser, and a concise account of the behavior.

Messages containing private health information are unnecessary. The desk evaluates editorial evidence and site function. It does not evaluate personal medical records, laboratory results, adverse events, or treatment decisions.
